The Department of Mathematics of the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras invites you to the third Francis N. Castro Colloquium. We are honored to have Dr. Ivelisse Rubio as the speaker. Dr. Rubio’s research work lies in the areas of computational algebra, finite fields and coding theory. Dr. Rubio was a great research collaborator, and most important, a great friend, to our beloved Dr. Francis N. Castro.
